    Don't worry, gym anxiety is normal and is a common hinderance that we will focus on conquering together. You will get access to tonnes of video tutorials showing you how to perform exercises safely and correctly, alongside some of my own personal tips and tricks I used to break to barriers of my mindset.
  • How do I know if online coaching will work for me?
    It is our responsibility to equip you with all the knowledge you need, erase all the stresses you have and to invest in you all the time you need until you get to your desired goal. We will design the nutrition/training plans so meticulously to suit you that you'll be able to see progress in real time week by week.
  • What if I struggle staying motivated?
    Motivation comes and goes, nobody has motivation 24/7. However at Steele Fitness you'll learn secret strategies and methods on how to develop your own self-discipline.
  • What if I don't like the meals?
    After the onboarding process you will be sent a template where you can fill out and describe to me your favourite meals, foods, allergies, how many meals you would like to eat throughout the day etc. You will also have access to our exclusive app and its features where there are over 60 delicious meals and recipes to choose from. This is designed to make the process feel as easy and fun as possible, because it's true, fitness can be enjoyable!
  • I'm already super busy, how will I find time?
    At Steele Fitness we will focus on building your fitness routine around your current schedule. We make fitness work around you. No heavy sacrifices, no 90-minute marathon workouts, no complex meal plans. We focus on pure efficiency, eating smart and building consistency and healthy habits.
